Let's see how much do I want to reveal about me. I'm an African
American woman living in a small southern town in the USA. It
is a lovely town where people are very kind and helpful and is very
different from what I call my former life. I grew up as an Army
Brat as my father was in the military and we lived all over the world
and the USA. This experience brought great diversity to my life
and was further enhanced by the fact that I married a military officer
and traveled with him until his retirement. We have a lovely and
talented daughter who is a MD . I have the joy of living close to my mother who
is a very young 80 old gentle lady who is my mother and my
friend. I'm now in what I call my second life as I'm working as a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialty in women's
issues and the chronically mentally ill; it is exciting work which has
taught me much about myself and others and is a daily challenge. I've
learned that I am a spiritual woman and I can see the beauty in
people and life in general. I love my family; I burst with joy at
their achievements and probably bore all of my friends with stories
and pictures about them...smile...I'm probably boring you .So
I'm going to end this narrative and share some pictures of my family.
